Shipping Times


All of our products are shipped from within Australia - these are Australian stock, with Australian plugs, and are listed in Australian Dollars ($AUD).

All dōTERRA products will be shipped to you directly from the dōTERRA warehouses in Perth and Melbourne, Australia. 

 

All ECO. Aroma products will be shipped to you directly from the ECO. Modern Essentials Warehouse in QLD, Australia. 

  

Delivery:
Please note that for some diffusers, a signature is required upon delivery, therefore parcels can not be left at your front porch. Please enter a work address for delivery if this is a better option for you, or alternatively, your local postie may leave you a card for your parcel to be collected from your nearest Post Office if no one is home to sign for your parcel.

  

Availability of Products:
All products on our website are supplied subject to availability. Despite our best intentions, sometimes the website will enable you to order a product that is out of stock. When this occurs, we will notify you within 72 hours and inform you of an approximate time frame. We will happily organise a refund if a product cannot be supplied within a reasonable time. We cannot place orders for discontinued or clearance items.

 

Shipping Locations:
We may ship from separate warehouses from time to time.  Please don't be alarmed if your order arrives separately. Tracking will be provided for each separate package. These tracking numbers will be emailed to you.  If you have not received a tracking number, please check your spam email folder before contacting us, as sometimes these emails may go to your spam folder. Be sure to mark our emails as 'not spam' so that they are delivered right to your inbox.  Subscribing to facebook messenger and text updates at checkout is a convenient way to receive your tracking and order updates, we recommend doing this as it's a great way to stay up to date with the progress on your order/s.
